Correlation btwn the body, sleep and football

Last night i didn't sleep waiting for a football match at 3am, then watch the match until 5am, then wake up at 6am (sleep for one hour) and drive to work.

I arrived at office at 8.30am, feeling ok and awake. Right after lunch, i started feeling weak, sleepy and ache all over body. Right until now at 5.15pm (still have half an hour to go) i try hard to stay awake, even after a shot of coffee.

That's my body limit i believe. Cant wait to go home. Check out
