Some tots on parenting

Should we expect our kids to exactly follow whatever we said? In some way, the kids have their own ego, didnt want to listen to parents and want to do things in their way. Thats why we always heard ppl say 'kids love to explore, but not on the way adults do'. Of course you cant treat the kids like you treat adult, well in most cases though. After all, do not ever call them stubborn or ungrateful, what more harsher words like stupid, naughty, bad, and other similar meaning.

Questions during interview

1. Responsibilities of your potential position. How typical day usually goes.

2. What are the expectation (other than stated in the standard job requirement) towards the job? These info can be used to reassure interviewer that you have the quality to fulfill the expectation.

3. Ask about prospect of career growth, in some way shows that you are interested to commit a long term career with the organisation.

4. Ask about the members of the team you would be joining, as well as stakeholders that the position would be dealing with.

Correlation btwn the body, sleep and football

Last night i didn't sleep waiting for a football match at 3am, then watch the match until 5am, then wake up at 6am (sleep for one hour) and drive to work.

I arrived at office at 8.30am, feeling ok and awake. Right after lunch, i started feeling weak, sleepy and ache all over body. Right until now at 5.15pm (still have half an hour to go) i try hard to stay awake, even after a shot of coffee.

That's my body limit i believe. Cant wait to go home. Check out
